Join Melissa Close-Hart from Junction in Belmont and formally of the renown Palladio Restaurant at Barboursville Vineyard. Melissa will focus on the technique of how to make Gnocchi. 

30% of class fee goes to The Local Restaurant and Catering's Ten for Ten Program which supports The Local's furloughed staff and the Charlottesville community.
